Smarter COD UV-Transmittance Monitoring. 
 Your SmartpH-01D are using a UV-C LED light source based on the UV lighting adsorption by unsaturated organic molecules at 254nm according to the Beer–Lambert law. This technology offers advantages over traditional mercury lamp UVT instrumentation, including stable output with zero warm up time. The result is more accurate COD measurements over a longer period of time, without the need for frequent recalibration or light source replacement.
